![]() Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organizationĬompensation Range For This Role For U.S.Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of a single Paychex product.Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with Paychex policies and procedures. Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for one Paychex product. The person who fills this role will work Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm MT. When we return to the office the person who fills this role will work from a Paychex office in Denver, CO, Rochester, NY or Phoenix, AZ. Please note - This is an in office role, however we are temporarily working from home until Feb 2022.
